Oil Purchase Plan Options
Cash Price Plan
If payment is made within 10 days of delivery, the customer will receive
a discount of 5 cents off per gallon of the retail price.
Pre-Pay Plan
The Pre-Pay Plan is available when market conditions are favorable. Please
call for details.

Budget
Plan
As you know, fuel prices go up and down. Winter temperatures can set record
lows. And there's really no way to predict how severe the successive winter
will be. That's why we've developed a plan that will make things easy for
you. A plan that lets you spread your heating cost in smaller predictable
payments. We offer an 11 month budget plan which may include your service
plan if desired. Please call for details. |

SERVICE HEATING PLANS
Service plans ensure that you will receive professional preventive maintenance
for your oil burner and fuel oil tank. An oil burner cleaning, which is
included in all of our plans, will increase your heating efficiency and
allow you to save on heating costs. Our plans have been designed to be economical
and a good value. The purpose of the plans is to keep your heating and hot
water system working at peak efficiency and to keep critical parts maintained.
To avoid the risk of expensive repairs take advantage of one of our service
plans. Each plan offers a different level of protection and peace of mind.

Preventive
Maintenance Plan
Our preventive maintenance plan includes Bruce Hall's TankSure™ Program,
your Annual Maintenance & Tune-Up (including the Bruce Hall 11-Point Heating
System Tune-Up).
- TankSure™
Program The TankSure™
Program is designed to protect, monitor, and warranty your fuel oil
tank. The protection comes from a zinc anode specifically designed to
stop your tank from corroding. The monitoring part of the program comes
from an ultrasonic tank test that is conducted annually. By analyzing
these measurements we are able to determine the integrity of your tank.
If your tank is determined to be in need of replacement, at any time
in the future (while on the program), then the warranty part of the
Tank Sure™ Program will cover up to $1,000.00 towards the replacement
of the part.

Maintenance & Tune-Up
Professional preventive maintenance is strongly recommended annually
for all heating systems. Maintaining and adjusting your oil burner will
help you save over 10% on heating costs and add years to the life expectancy
of this expensive equipment.
- Bruce
Hall Home Center 11- Point Heating System Tune-Up
1. Clean interior of heat exchanger, flue pipe and base of stack (if
possible).
2. Replace oil filter cartridge.
3. Replace oil burner nozzle.
4. Replace air filter.
5. Check combustion chamber.
6. Clean electrodes and set proper gap.
7. Check and test operating and safety controls.
8. Check and lubricate motors.
9. Check and adjust fan belt.
10. Adjust heating unit to maximum efficiency.
11. Perform and efficiency check.

Comprehensive
Maintenance Plan
Our Comprehensive Maintenance Plan includes your Annual Maintenance &
Tune-Up, Bruce Hall's TankSure™ Program, and most parts and labor associated
with maintaining your heating system at peak efficiency. In addition,
emergency service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.

Service
Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to Comprehensive Maintenance
Plan customers. If your heating system needs repairs after normal business
hours, give our office a call and we will take care of the rest. Comprehensive
Maintenance Plan customers will be charged normal business hour rates
for emergency service.
